Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how refund requests for VPNKC subscription services are submitted and handled. Submit requests through a support ticket in the customer panel. Order records, payment records, and ticket replies are used together to verify the outcome. You may also review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Refund Window and Scope

You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 14 days of your first payment. You do not need to explain why you are stopping service. If you have connection issues, you may choose to share details for troubleshooting, but troubleshooting is not a prerequisite for a refund request. The window is verified against the record of your first successful payment and the ticket submission record.

Identify the order associated with your refund request. Monthly subscriptions and data packages follow different usage rules: monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain available until used and never expire. A data package's validity does not extend the refund window indefinitely. Renewals, upgrades, or additional purchases do not automatically restart the refund window based on the first payment.

Eligible and Ineligible Requests

Requests submitted within the window above, with a verifiable successful payment, are covered by the no-questions-asked full refund commitment. Having started to use the service does not automatically make you ineligible. This policy sets no unstated data-usage threshold and does not use usage alone as a substitute for assessing the refund window.

Orders outside the window are not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund commitment. Orders without a successful payment have no paid amount to refund. A payment that has already been refunded cannot be refunded again. For duplicate charges or an irregular payment status, submit the records for a separate review.

Cases involving usage shown as exceeding limits, an unusual account status, or suspected violations of the Terms of Service require separate checks of data records, the basis for account action, and payment ownership. Such checks should not be interpreted as additional automatic grounds for refusing a refund. If you dispute the handling, the ticket should state the specific basis; you may provide further information and request a review.

How to Apply and What to Provide

Sign in to the customer panel, open Support Tickets, state that you are requesting a refund, and provide the order identifier, purchased item, payment method, payment date, and amount paid. If the order status in the panel differs from the payment record, you may attach proof of payment. Keep the fields needed for verification visible and redact unrelated personal information.

You do not need to provide an email address as refund contact information. Add any further details and check replies in the original ticket to keep the full handling record together. Do not submit your account password, a complete subscription link, a wallet private key, or a seed phrase. If information is missing, the ticket reply will explain what to provide.

Review and Refund Status

We first verify the application window, order ownership, and actual payment status, then confirm the refund amount and return channel. For an upgrade partway through a subscription, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Requests involving upgrades are checked against the related orders to avoid treating a plan's listed price as the amount actually paid.

Refund review, payment-channel processing, and receipt of funds are separate stages. The time it takes to receive a refund depends on payment-channel processing and account status; this policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. After you receive a reply confirming that the refund has been submitted, check your payment statement for updates. If the refund has still not arrived, add the latest records to the original ticket and request a review.

Refund Methods and Payment Differences

Refunds for Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions are generally returned through the original payment channel. If the original transaction cannot be refunded or the channel reports an error, the cause should be verified first, then an available method confirmed through a support ticket. Do not switch to another person's receiving account without verification.

USDT transfers cannot be reversed like some payment transactions. Before processing, the original transaction record, transfer network, and receiving address must be verified. The specific return arrangement will be confirmed in the support ticket. A mismatch between the network and address may result in asset loss, so do not change the information yourself before it is confirmed. This policy makes no additional commitments regarding exchange rates, network fees, or processing speed.

Refund Completion and Dispute Review

Once a refund is complete, service entitlements associated with the refunded order are adjusted according to the outcome. Check the specific status in the customer panel. Keep your order, support ticket, and refund records, and do not continue to treat a refunded order as evidence of active service.

If you disagree with the amount, the assessment of the refund window, or the return status, identify the disputed item in the original ticket and attach relevant records. VPNKC will review the verifiable information and explain the outcome. Nothing in this policy excludes rights you are entitled to under applicable law.
